Mary Carol Dolivier Joins as Vice President of Professional Services

Chicago, IL. – July 9, 2007 – ByteManagers, Inc., a leading global professional services firm providing content strategy and data management services across all aspects of the enterprise, today named Mary Carol Dolivier as Vice President of Professional Services. Ms. Dolivier will be responsible for enhancing ByteManagers’ customer engagements by defining and delivering world-class content consulting and professional services. She will report directly to ByteManagers’ President and CEO Sanjay Agarwal.

Ms. Dolivier will oversee ByteManagers’ field-based consulting as well as post-sales implementation support staff. Ms. Dolivier will also be responsible for delivering additional client services, including on-site training, consulting, and site-specific customization of ByteManagers’ services.

Most recently employed by Motorola, Ms. Dolivier has also served as the Director of Operations at OCI and the Vice President of Production at LifeServ Corporation. In addition to overseeing a team of project management professionals, Ms. Dolivier has been responsible for the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives. She has also played key roles in business development efforts and excels at reducing operating costs.

Ms. Dolivier holds a Bachelors of Science cum laude in international business from the University of Akron, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Garvin School of International Management at Thunderbird.
